The smartwatches collect real-time data on the drivers' health and location. This data is then transmitted to a central system.

Calorie Tracking

Estimate your daily calorie burn, helping you manage your diet and fitness goals more effectively.

Environmental Factors

Monitoring factors like road conditions, traffic, and weather can help understand external stressors affecting drivers.

Machine Learning Models

Advanced systems use machine learning algorithms to analyze data from these sensors and classify stress levels accurately.

Sleep Tracking

Monitor your sleep patterns, helping you understand your sleep quality and make necessary adjustments for better rest.
